1、Comply with the enterprise standards of our company.

2、There are two guide rods made of special bearing steel, which are guided by linear bearings or bronze bearings. They possess high anti-torsion and anti-lateral load capacities.
★Note: Ball linear bearings: They are suitable for occasions where the cylinder is used for pushing actions or where high precision and high load-bearing capacity are required, especially for occasions demanding low-friction movement.
Bronze sliding bearings: They are applicable to occasions where the cylinder is used for braking and other radial load-resistant actions. Compared with ordinary brake cylinders, they can improve the resistance to lateral impact by more than 2 times and have greater torsional stiffness.

3、The driving unit and the guiding unit are designed within the same body, without the need for additional accessories. It requires minimal space, and the air inlet interface can be selected, making installation more convenient.

4、There are two precisely positioned holes respectively on the bottom surface, the rear end surface of the body and the fixing plate (see the φPA holes and the holes at XX in the outline drawing). For occasions with higher precision requirements, it provides more precise positioning and installation.

5、The four magnetic induction switches on the body are in full grooves, providing multiple installation methods for the induction switches.

6、The special design of the body offers multi-directional installation and fixation types.

Note: Non-standard stroke cylinders with a difference of 1 – 5 mm from the standard stroke are modified from the standard stroke cylinders of the previous level, and their external dimensions are the same as those of the standard ones. For example, a non-standard stroke cylinder with a stroke of 86 mm is modified from a standard cylinder with a standard stroke of 90 mm, and their external dimensions are identical. However, a non-standard stroke cylinder with a stroke of 84 mm has a difference of 6 mm from the previous level of standard stroke (90 mm), so it can only be ordered in a non-standard form.
