Note 1)Please note that this item varies depending on the vacuum pump pressure.
Note 2) If a pressure gauge is used, the gauge will be damaged if positive pressure is applied. If positive pressure is applied, the vacuum regulator will not be damaged, but the main valve in the regulator will become ‘open’ and positive pressure will be supplied to the vacuum pump, and the vacuum pump may malfunction. Refer to the following piping example when using a vacuum regulator in a suction and transport system, and be careful not to introduce positive pressure to the vacuum pump. In addition, the vacuum valve cannot regulate positive pressure.
